Recently, members of the Quality Homes Costa Calida team met with Alhama Nature Resort representatives to look at their exciting new plans for the development of Condado de Alhama and we were impressed by their vision and passion for the project which seems to grow by the week.

In addition to the recent news about the purchase of the golf course and plans to build a new golf club we have also learnt of their plans to provide a new treatment centre in the former Polaris World showroom on the other side of the resort. Alhama Nature have also just released plans to more new build apartments adjacent to the golf course to service the rental market for golfers.

Furthermore, we also just learnt of their plans for the development of a fantastic new sports facility. The Alhama Sports Arena will include several new football training pitches to facilitate warm weather training for professional football teams from across Europe. They will have access to the new treatment centre which will provide first class sports treatment, therapy, and rehabilitation services. The treatment centre will also be available to the wider community.

The total number of new homes planned to be built by Alhama Nature Resort on Condado de Alhama is now more than 1,250 which is just fantastic news and testimony to Alhama Natures commitment to the future of our resort.
