A spacious four bedroom four bathroom fully air conditioned corner semi detached community villa on La Hacienda del Golf is in a fabulous central location on La Manga Club, being within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops and the Tennis Centre and gym.
Split over three floors, the main floor features a well equipped kitchen with all of the white goods and utensils you would expect, an open plan lounge/dining room with sofas and a TV. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to an outside dining area and sun loungers. Finally there is a twin bedroom with en suite on this floor, also with doors to the terrace.
The first floor features two bedrooms. One master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, a balcony and an en suite with a shower and twin sinks. The second bedroom is another twin room with two single beds. There is also a communal bathroom on this floor with a large walk in shower.
The last floor, or lower ground floor, has a bedroom with en suite. Featuring a super king sized bed (that can be split into two doubles) and separate dressing area with built in wardrobes. Alongside this there is a utility room and a games room. The games room contains a table tennis table, snooker table and table football.
Pets are not allowed.
