Completed in 2007, the resort consists of 369 luxury villas and 319 luxury apartments. It is a gated and has 24/7 security. It hosts a stunning 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design golf course. The club house has a gym, golf pro-shop, restaurant, bar and a supermarket.

Distance to a large selection of beaches are about 20 min, Murcia city (Spain's 7th largest city) 15 min. Cartagena 25 min.
Airports: Alicante 55 min, Murcia International only 10 min.
