Really nice big garden apartment. It is a bank repo - so need a bit of TLC, and white goods.

The good size living room has double glass doors to the 40 m2 covered terrace which have glass curtains and a jacuzzi. There is also access to the to the 24 m2 fenced of garden. Nice view (over the road) to the golf course.

The kitchen has a really good size and access to the utility area with the boiler and space for a washing machine. The kitchen has no whitegoods, but are obviously prepared.

There are 2 good size bedrooms with build in wardrobes, one also has en-suite bathroom and direct access to the covered terrace/garden.

It has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet and one with a shower.

The apartment has ducted air conditioning and central gas heating, but some radiators are missing and we expect that a new boiler will be needed.

The apartment is very close to one of the large communal swimming pools and conveniently only 7-8 mins walk away from the clubhouse, with restaurant, supermarket, bar, golf pro-shop, condominium and massage.

Completed in 2007, the resort consists of 369 luxury villas and 319 luxury apartments. It gated and has 24/7 security. It has a stunning 18 hole Jack Niclaus design golf course. The club house has a gym, golf pro-shop, restaurant, bar and a supermarket.
There is free TV, gym, tennis, paddle tennis and discounted golf fees.

Distance to a large selection of beaches are about 20 min, Murcia city (Spain's 7th largest city) 15 min. Cartagena 25 min.
Airports: Alicante 55 min, Murcia International only 10 min.

The Murcia region is one of the smallest regions in Spain, but have so much to offer 185 beaches, Murcia City, Lovely Cartagena at the sea, loads of golf courses etc. Part of it in the Mar Menor, which is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon. Due to the high salt level and thus iodine in the air, it is one of the healthiest areas in the world.
