La finca golf

La Finca Golf is located in Alicante / Costa Blanca south, at the foot of the Mount Escotera mountain range. The area offers both everything Costa Blanca south and Costa Calida / Murcia. The area also offers some of Europe's best beaches

The golf course was opened in October 2002. On the way to the resort, different types of properties, large selection of restaurants and shops (incl. Lawyer, mini market etc.) were built.

The relatively new Club House (built 2010) Club houses have a lovely restaurant with bar - both with great views of the golf course. In the club house there is also a Golf Pro shop.

The resort also has the 5 star La Finca Hoteland Spa with a lot of amenities - built in 2009.

Around the golf courses there are both double houses and villas. Several of these projects are still in progress, so you have the opportunity to buy nice properties at the project stage.

The 18 hole golf course was designed by Pepe Gancedo.

La Finca is centrally located with easy access to the well-developed road and highway network, so pretty much everything is within easy reach.

GOLF

Pepe Gancedo is known as the Picassio Golf, and the La Finca golf course is considered by many to be his masterpiece and one of Spain's best golf courses.

The course is designed for tournaments, but many natural hazards and hidden challenges for golfers of any level.

The golf course is characterized by wide fairways with Bermuda grass, between orange and olive trees, deep, strategically placed bunkers, but also several large lakes and streams.

The course has hosted countless golf tournaments including European and Spanish Junior Championships, finals Aud Class and Audi Qauttro and EPD Tour.

Cycling sports are also quite widespread both off-road and off-road - both mountain roads, regular roads just outside the resort.

The area

Alicant and Murcia have a fantastic motorway network, which for the most part costs nothing. There is a section of the AP7 which is the highway of payment, but you quickly find out how to avoid using it.

Beaches: 20 min, Orihuela 15 min, Torrevieja 20 min .. Alicante, Cartegena and Murcia within 40 minutes drive.

Murcia International Airport is just 45 minutes from the resort and Alicante Airport can be reached in just 35 minutes.

The resort's clubhouse has a fantastic restaurant, next to the clubhouses is the 5 star hotel also with fantastic restaurant and bar. On the outskirts of the resort there is a wide selection of restaurants.

The area has over 2600 years of history, many places inland offer some fantastic historical experiences.

Murcia also has an excellent wine production - reachable in about 1 hour (Jumilla).

If you want to ski there is about 3 ½ hours drive to Sierra Nevada, the area also offers everything from Raffting, scuba diving, water skiing, quad biking, cycling etc.
