New Build Development Plans

There really has never been a better time to invest in property on Condado de Alhama. There are now 4 separate development projects on Condado de Alhama with the newly announced building of more Villa Janas on the land between the Naranjos 1-7 and the outer ring road being the latest. Oriol Mediterránea, S.L has recently erected signage near to the main security gate indicating their partial plans which shows the extension of the Villa Janas along this strip of wasteland down from those that already exist adjacent to Naranjos 8.

In early 2021 Orbesol Group Inmobiliario SL started building the MIRADOR development of 64 modern front-line apartments are overlooking the 13th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. They plan to build 4 in total and are currently operating as an adopted community of Condado (Mirador 1 and Mirador 2).

This development consists of 4 blocks (4 levels in each) with a total of 16 apartments in each block. These apartments include an open-plan lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 2 fully-fitted bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Blocks 1 and 2 are complete with Block 3 building work due to commence in the summer of 2023. Block 4´s delivery dates are still to be confirmed.

Each apartment comes with the use of a communal swimming pool, secure access and a private car parking space and are priced between 116,900€ and 151,900€. Storage units can be purchased for an additional fee.

In late 2022, Alhama Nature confirmed that they would be building new penthouses between the Mirador development and penthouse 16. This stunning new exclusive EDIFICIO development of 56 modern front-line golf apartments with an open-plan lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 2 fully fitted bathrooms and 2 or 3 bedrooms.

This development consists of 7 blocks (4 levels in each) with a total of 8 apartments per block. Phase 1 of the development will initially focus on the first 4 blocks during 2023 with the Phase 2 will consist of a further 3 block and the communal swimming pool. Each apartment comes with secure access and a private car parking space and are priced between 146,500€ and 174,900€.

Alhama Nature Resort have also confirmed that they would be building a mix of penthouses and villas from Mirador 4 onwards all the way around to the Condado club at Jardin 7 all facing the golf course.
