Absolutely NOT, as we think this only artificially inflates the price and might hinder a sale. We work for the Owner/Seller and consider this a conflict of interest. No buyer fees whatsoever.
QHCC is a registered estate agent but by no means are we legal experts, so we are happy to work with the lawyer of your choice. Just one condition applies: they must be registered with the authorities in Spain, i.e. they must be abogado colegiado.
Yes, we have a special arrangement with our tax advisors to help you deal with the tax declaration after the sale. As every individual tax setup is different, please contact us at QHCC and we will be happy to provide more information.
We collaborate with several law firms in the Murcia Region. Your listing agent will provide you with a choice of recommended partners and you are free to decide which lawyer you use.
