From the front of the house there are two entrances, a door and gate to the driveway leading to the garage, both can be controlled from inside the house. When you enter the grounds there is the private pool as well as plenty of space for sun beds etc. The large driveway to the garage can also be used for other purposes than just parking cars.

Front door leads you into a small entrance hall with access to the first floor, on one side to the bedroom and bathroom and in the opposite direction it is open in to the living room (32 m2) with open kitchen.

The kitchen comes with everything with all appliances. The room is very bright and has a nice large glass partition/doors to the garden.

The bathroom is nice and big with walk-in shower. It, cleverly, has two sliding doors so it can be closed to be used as en-suite only when needed, as one door is to the entrance and the other to the bedroom.

The nicely sized bedroom has fitted wardrobes and access to the patio at the back of the house.

From the entrance hall there is a nice staircase to first floor which contains, family bathroom, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobe. They both have terraces, one is 6 m2 and the larger one is 19 m2 and comes with a small sail to give some shade on a part of the terrace.

There is also a garage which has both a window and a door which gives access from the back of the house. The terrasse area at the back of the house also have an outdoor kitchen (wash basin) and pre-installation for a washing machine.

The building is located, as mentioned, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares, It is only 15 min walk to Old Town Los Alcazares with it restaurants, bars, beaches and lovely 5-6 km long boardwalk to the other end of the town. Los Alcazares has a 7 km of beaches.

As the town is still very much Spanish there is an absolutely fantastic atmosphere - an evening walk on the promenade is highly recommended. There is a fantastic view of the Mar Menor to La Manga. In Los Alcazares there is a large selection of all kinds of restaurants, and since the area is still very Spanish, the prices are extremely reasonable.

There is a large selection of shops, shopping centers, cinema, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Mar Menor, Europe's largest saltwater lake, offers fantastic opportunities to do all kind of water sports.

The water in the Mar Menor has a high salt content and water temperature is also higher than in the Mediterranean sea .

The area is described, in several places, as one of the healthiest in the world due to the iodine content in the air.
